‘Management’ are the Gods and Goddesses of the universe. They oversee order and control reality in the multiple worlds that form their empire.

Before the King of Spades brought in the ‘new order', the Gods and Goddesses of the universe simply governed their natural aspects however they saw fit. After a calamity, known as ‘the Great Fall’ the King of Spades introduced the New Order which placed all God and Goddess into Houses. Each house was given strict guidelines on what powers they could use and who could weild them. Each God and Goddess was made to give up their chosen names, having to use the title bestowed by the King of Spades instead. Most deitys have learned to accept the New Order without question after the King of Spades dealt fierce reprisals against those who refused to adapt as he saw fit.
