‘Factilities’ are the undertakers of the universe. They carry out the demands of management, operating out of sight in the nether realms.

Before the King of Spades brought in the ‘new order', facilities were simply known as the fey. Creatures such as angels, fairies, gremlins and gnomes were originally caretakers of the lands and guardians of the living. Now they have strict roles and responsibilities and overseers monitor their activities to ensure order is maintained.
